Designed by the legendary Nick Luaces, this Sky Residence was his vision for recreating the Turnberry brand’s quiet elegance within a residence that exuded that same level of opulence and timelessness. The contemporary flow-through layout within the home is unlike any other residence on the property. To create the custom floor plan, two inner residences were combined without any columns that would otherwise obstruct views. This unique design trend that forewent supporting columns or dividing walls created the ultimate canvas for an open floor plan focused entirely on water and city views. To create a sense of place, the open floor plan was met with subtle floor-to-ceiling rotating panels, that can compartmentalize or extend to grant privacy in specific areas of the home. Positioned in the sky on the 48th level, privacy reigns supreme without neighboring buildings visible at this altitude. The residence’s color palette houses warm browns and light neutrals in its wall paneling and millwork. The Atlantic Ocean views flow throughout the entire residence thanks to strategically placed small mirrors flushed into the wall paneling that seamlessly reflect the ocean hues and bright sky.

The primary bedroom welcomes residents into a private foyer that opens to his and hers bathrooms and closets before being met with a stunning all-glass chandelier that anchors the massive bedroom. The family room, chef’s kitchen, grand dining room, and the grand salon are all flow-through spaces with prime views of the Atlantic, the Intracoastal, and city skyline.
